I feel like I was blessed with the ability to easily learn how to use new technology. In other words, I feel like I am “tech savvy”. What I've come to realize though is that anyone can become tech savvy if they have the desire. In this episode, I'm sharing how I learned to become tech savvy at an early age. I'm also talking about how the brain develops and changes throughout different stages in life.
Learning does become more difficult the older you get, but learning is possible. Use the worksheet provided below to start the process of changing your mindset, which will make it easier for you to adopt new technology that will improve your lifestyle.
